Registration will open on July 6, 2026 and all applications must be received by September 14th.
Vendors will be notified of acceptance within 7 days of applying. Full payment is due within 5 days of receiving the payment link, or the space may be released.
*Festival organizers reserve the right to select sponsors, vendors, exhibitors and performers based on appropriateness to our mission and audience.

Nonprofit rate:$50

Sliding scale rates are available! Contact Johnai Clark text @ 410-500-2242, or email [email protected] with the subject line “Sliding Scale – Name of Your business”. We aim to be as inclusive and accessible as possible. Vendors bring their own tables, chairs and tents.
Rentals:
Rental requests must be made prior to August 15. They may be picked up and dropped off at Ruscombe Mansion on the day of the festival.
6’ Folding Tables: $20

10×10 popup tents*: $75

Water and Electricity
Rentals do not include water and electricity. Vendors may bring their own generators that are campground- approved and operate below 60 decibels.
Parking
Free parking is available on the streets surrounding the Festival site. Additional free parking is available nearby with shuttle service running every half hour.
Load-in and Load-out
You will be notified of your load-in and load-out times by event planners prior to the event. This is necessary due to limited vehicle access. After load-in, all vehicles must be moved to parking areas. Parking on the grass is not permitted.
Maryland Sales Tax and Insurance
Vendors are fully responsible for all reporting and payment of Maryland sales tax associated with sales at the Festival. We recommend that vendors consider purchasing short-term insurance coverage for the day of the Festival.
