Do you have an estimate for foot traffic/attendance for last year as well as projections for this year?
As this is the inaugural Peace & Wellness Festival, we don’t yet have historical data. However we will be marketing through traditional and social media channels and flyering. The Festival site sits in the middle of the Coldspring Newtown Neighborhood which is home to a diverse population of engaged community members, and just a couple miles north of The Avenue in Hampden.
Is there a map of the Festival layout?

Will vendor spaces be pre-assigned?
Yes, you will receive your assigned space closer to the festival date (see question below). We put careful consideration into the Festival layout, to maximize foot traffic and be as equitable as possible in Vendor placement. Final location depends on the number of total vendors, sizes of requested spaces, and other factors to create the best possible experience for Vendors and attendees alike.
What happens after I submit my application?
You will receive an automatic response confirming your application went through. After review, you will be contacted via email to confirm your acceptance to the Festival along with an invoice for your balance due. Payment is due upon receipt of this email. Once payment is received, you will receive your Vendor Information Packet. emailed as a PDF. This will contain everything you need to know to have a fun, successful and safe experience at PWF.
Closer to the date of the Festival, you will receive one more email containing your assigned space along with information on loading and parking procedures.
What type of terrain is the event space?
The PWF takes place on a large, open, grassy field surrounded by mature trees, and an asphalt walking path around the perimeter. The Wellness Village component of the Festival is on the Ruscombe Community Health Center grounds (directly next to the field), which are a combination of open grass and mature shade trees.

What type of crowd demographics does this event draw?
PWF is a radically welcoming community, with zero tolerance for intolerance. All are welcome, and we expect a very diverse crowd of all ages, backgrounds and belief systems – the one thing we all certainly will have in common though, is a desire to celebrate and elevate Peace & Wellness in our own lives, and the lives of those around us!
We expect an engaged and culturally diverse crowd.
Is the Festival site ADA Accessible?
Yes, ramps and accessible port-o-potties are onsite. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions or need additional accommodations.
What is the inclement weather/rain date policy?
Every attempt to hold the Festival will be made, and we expect beautiful weather for early October in Maryland! The Farmer’s Almanac currently predicts a dry, cool October for the region. However, we do ask vendors to hold both dates (Oct. 5th & Oct. 19th). In the event that PWF must cancel both dates, vendors will have the option to donate their fee in part or full and receive a tax donation letter, or be issued a refund. The PWF serves as the primary Fundraiser for Ruscombe Community Inc., and CSL Greater Baltimore (Center for Spiritual Living); both organizations provide support and opportunities to your neighbors and friends throughout the region! Your support is deeply appreciated!
