Vendor/Exhibitor Information
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Peace & Wellness Festival 2025. Complete
our online Vendor application, and review our Vendor terms and conditions.
Applications must be received by August 15.
Vendors will be notified of acceptance promptly and are expected to to pay the full rental within 10 days, or space may be cancelled.
*Festival organizers reserve the right to select sponsors, vendors, exhibitors and performers based on appropriateness to our mission and audience.

Vendor Rates:
10’ x 20’: $200
10’ x 10’: $100
Nonprofit rate: $50
Food Truck: $200
Food Vendor: $100
Sliding scale rates are available! Contact Summer Cullen via text @ 443-240-8907, or email [email protected] with the subject line “Sliding Scale – Name of Your business”. We aim to be as inclusive and accessible as possible.
Rentals:
Rental requests must be made prior to August 15. They may be picked up and dropped off at Ruscombe Mansion on the day of the festival.
6’ Folding Tables: $20
Folding Chairs: $2 (each)

Water and Electricity
Rentals do not include water and electricity. Vendors may bring their own generators that are campground- approved and operate below 60 decibels.
Parking
Free parking is available on the streets surrounding the Festival site. Additional free parking is available nearby.
Load-in and Load-out
You will be notified of your load-in and load-out times by event planners prior to the event. This is necessary due to limited vehicle access. After load-in, all vehicles must be moved to parking areas. Parking on the grass is not permitted.
Maryland Sales Tax and Insurance
Vendors are fully responsible for all reporting and payment of Maryland sales tax associated with sales at the Festival. We recommend that vendors consider purchasing short-term insurance coverage for the day of the Festival.
