Volunteer Application Form

By submitting this volunteer application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Voluntary Participation: You understand that your participation is entirely voluntary and that you will not receive financial compensation for your time or services.

Conduct and Responsibility: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, professional, and cooperative manner while representing the Peace and Wellness Festival. You will follow all instructions provided by event staff and coordinators.

Safety and Liability: You acknowledge that participation may involve physical activity and interaction with the public. You agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and affiliated organizations from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

Commitment: You agree to fulfill the volunteer role(s) and shift(s) you have committed to, and to notify the volunteer coordinator promptly if you are unable to attend.

Media Release: Unless otherwise stated in writing, you grant permission for your image and/or voice to be used in photographs, video, or other media captured during the event for promotional purposes.

Confidentiality: You agree not to disclose any private, sensitive, or personal information you may encounter during your volunteer role.
